Fun day, well organized

I purchased tickets for the Halloween event for my two kids and myself. The booking online was straightforward, and I received the confirmation email quickly. When we arrived, check-in was smooth, no long lines which was a relief. The pet farm access was a hit with my youngest, and the older one really enjoyed the 18 hole crazy golf. We even did the heritage discovery trail, which was surprisingly interesting. The staff were friendly, and the cafe refreshments were decent. It was a well-spent day, took about 4 hours to see most things. I would definitely recommend it for families with young children, they really have a lot to offer.

Absolutely fantastic visit!

We went for the Easter event tickets and had an incredible time! Booking was so simple. The indoor play area entry was a lifesaver with the unpredictable weather, and the kids couldn't get enough of the outdoor adventure playground. They loved the road train trips! We spent the whole day there, and it was worth every penny. I'm already planning our next visit, probably for the summer holidays. We're going to tell all our friends about it!

Good family day pass

I bought a family day pass. It was easy to purchase online. We visited last month. The kids enjoyed the outdoor adventure playground. We also did the road train trip. Everything worked out fine, no issues at all.

Always a great time

We bought our Christmas event tickets again this year, just like we did last year. It was just as good as I remembered. The online booking process was smooth, no surprises. The kids loved the fairy garden again. It's always a reliable outing for the family, which is why we keep coming back.

Decent day out

Grabbed a family day pass last week for a Saturday. Booking was easy enough on the site. Got the confirmation right away. When we got there, it was a bit busy, but not too bad. Kids spent ages in the outdoor playground, which was cool. We also checked out the peatland exhibition for a bit, it was interesting. Overall, a pretty good way to spend a day with the family.

How long do people usually spend there? Trying to plan out our day.

B Ben L. 1 month ago
We usually spend at least 4-5 hours, especially with lunch and letting the kids run wild in the playgrounds.

You could easily fill a whole day, especially if you do the heritage bits and all the play areas. We were there from opening till late afternoon last time.

Hey guys, planning a trip with the kids soon. Is it better to just show up or should I grab tickets online beforehand?

L Lisa Kaur 1 month ago
Definitely book ahead, especially if you're going on a weekend or during school holidays. Saves a lot of hassle.

Yeah, they can get pretty busy. Plus, sometimes events sell out so booking online guarantees your spot.

Got some tickets for the Easter event but something came up. What's their refund policy like if I need to cancel?

A Amber A. 1 month ago
From what I remember, event tickets are generally non-refundable unless there's a major issue on their end. Best to double-check their terms.

Hmm, I think with special events like Easter or Halloween, tickets are usually final sale. You might be able to gift them to someone else though?

Anyone know if you get a discount for bringing a big family? Like 2 adults and 4 kids.

C Cody 4 weeks ago
They usually have a family pass deal that covers a few kids, works out cheaper than individual tickets for sure. Check their site.

Yeah, there's a family bundle. It's not a huge saving, maybe 10-15% compared to buying everything separate, but every bit helps!

Thinking of taking the grandkids, one of them is only 2. Will there be enough for a toddler to do or is it more for older kids?

N Neil 3 weeks ago
Oh absolutely! My little one loved the pet farm and the fairy garden. There's a decent indoor play area too, good for the tiny tots.

Loads for toddlers. The soft play and some of the outdoor stuff is totally geared for them. You won't have an issue.
